IS IT SAFE? IS IT NATURAL? WHAT ARE THE MAIN INGREDIENTS?
Yes, our lash serum is completely safe to use. It’s proudly AUS-registered and formulated with high-quality, clinically tested ingredients. The primary component is water, making up 60% of the serum, followed by 10% hyaluronic acid, 15% natural plant extracts, 10% peptides, and 5% vitamins.

However, as with any cosmetic product, individual sensitivities may occur. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

WHAT EFFECTS CAN I EXPECT, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
After 2-3 weeks of daily application, you should start to see longer, fuller, and thicker lashes. Full results can be expected within 8-12 weeks. CAN PREGNANT WOMEN USE THE LASH SERUM?
We do not recommend using our lash serum during pregnancy without consulting a medical professional. Breastfeeding mothers should also speak with their healthcare provider before use to ensure safety for both mother and baby. Always prioritize medical advice in these situations.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A TREATMENT?
While you may see visible results after your first bottle of Lash Miracle, accelerated results occur with the second bottle. Using three bottles continuously will yield more long-lasting results.

DO I NEED MAINTENANCE AFTER THE TREATMENT?
If you’re satisfied with the results, it’s okay to stop using it. However, since lashes are always in a growth cycle, shedding and regrowth occur over time. To maintain your results, ongoing use is recommended.

CAN I APPLY LASH MIRACLE IF I HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS?
Yes, Lash Miracle does not contain any oil, making it perfectly safe to use on lash extensions.
In fact, we recommend it, as it nourishes your natural lashes, making them stronger.
However, not all eyelash growth serums are safe for extensions, so please always check the packaging.

CAN I USE THE SERUM ON MY EYEBROWS?
Absolutely! Lash Miracle is suitable for both eyelashes and eyebrows. Many customers have reported visible results on their brows.

HOW DO I APPLY THE SERUM?
Ensure your eye area is clean and dry. Wipe the brush along the bottle’s edges for even product distribution (less is more; avoid saturating the brush).
Apply the serum along the upper lash line, similar to applying eyeliner. We recommend applying it once daily, morning or night.

CAN I USE MASCARA OR EYE MAKEUP AFTER APPLYING LASH MIRACLE?
Yes! The serum should dry within 30-60 seconds, allowing you to apply mascara or any eye makeup immediately after.
However, mascara or similar products should be completely removed before applying the eyelash growth serum!

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF LASH MIRACLE PRODUCTS?
Our products have a shelf life of 6 months after opening.

HOW DOES LASH MIRACLE HELP WITH LASH GROWTH?
Lash Miracle effectively activates dormant hair follicles, nourishes lashes, and prolongs their life cycle. It also repairs damaged lashes and prevents premature shedding.

DOES MY EYE AREA DARKEN?
The active ingredients promote lash growth, but excessive application or direct contact with the skin can cause temporary darkening or redness due to increased blood circulation. This is a common reaction with many lash serums and will typically fade within 2-3 days. To minimize this, we advise proper usage, and the Lash Miracle applicator brush is designed to be as small as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I STOP USING LASH MIRACLE? SHOULD I CONTINUE USING LASH MIRACLE AFTER COMPLETING THE 12 WEEKS?
There will be no adverse effects on your lashes when you stop using Lash Miracle. Your natural eyelashes will not fall out. However, to maintain the enhanced length and strength of your natural lashes, we recommend ongoing use. Otherwise, your lashes will gradually return to their original state.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE ANY RESULTS?
We believe in our products so much that we’ll ask for before and after photos to ensure they are taken under the same conditions. For the best results, please apply the serum every night for 12 weeks.
